We do not sell personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, including analytics partners (Google Analytics 4), marketing platforms (Google Tag Manager, HubSpot), and customer support tools used to schedule consultations or provide status updates.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to deploy Google Analytics 4 and other measurement tags that help us understand site traffic, contact form engagement, and phone call interest. These tools set first-party cookies and collect pseudonymous identifiers (such as device/browser attributes, scroll depth, CTA clicks, HubSpot form readiness, submission attempts, errors, and successful submissions). IP addresses are truncated or anonymized before analytics reporting, and event payloads focus on ADU planning context rather than sensitive content. Event Tracking Details

To improve our consultations and reduce friction during the ADU planning process, we measure the following on-site actions through Google Tag Manager:

• Clicks on phone, email, and “Book a Consultation” calls-to-action (desktop and mobile).
• Navigation interactions with service-area links, FAQ toggles, and resource downloads.
• HubSpot form lifecycle events (ready, submit attempt, success, and error) so we can troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Scroll depth and engaged time to prioritize the content people find most useful.

These events are tied to anonymized identifiers only and never combined with financing details or architectural plans without your consent.

Data Retention & Security

Records are stored on secure U.S.-based systems with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes.
